Terms and Conditions – Vorthys
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store Vorthys (hereinafter referred to as the "seller"). They regulate the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "buyer").
1. Seller

The seller is not a VAT payer.
Data will be added after business registration.
2. Order and conclusion of the purchase agreement

The buyer can create an order through the e-shop.

The purchase agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller to the buyer's e-mail.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or modify an order in justified cases (e.g., out of stock, incorrect price).
3. Price and payment terms

Prices are stated in CZK including taxes and fees.

The buyer can pay in advance online through available payment methods.

After payment, the order is processed and sent by the supplier.
4. Delivery terms

The goods are delivered by courier service to the buyer's address.

Delivery time: usually 10–25 business days (dropshipping warehouse outside the EU).

In case of delay, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.

The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon their acceptance.
5. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

The buyer – consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

The buyer must inform the seller of the withdrawal by e-mail.

The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Money will be refunded within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned goods.
If the goods are damaged or used, the seller has the right to reasonable compensation.
6. Claims and warranty

The goods are provided with a legal warranty of 24 months.

The buyer is obliged to report defects without undue delay.

Complaints are processed by e-mail – the buyer sends a description of the defect and photos.

The seller will settle the complaint within 30 days at the latest.
7. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed according to GDPR. Details are provided in the document Personal Data Protection, published on the e-shop website.
8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The consumer has the right to resolve disputes out-of-court through:

9. Final provisions
